Covered

  • Faults that show up with normal use
  • A battery that wears out too fast
  • Parts that stop working, like cameras, speakers, buttons or charging
  • A phone that does not match the grade or specs you bought

Not covered

  • Damage from drops, cracks or bends
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Wear you can see that matches the grade you chose
  • Damage from repairs or changes we did not do
  • A lost or stolen phone

Making a claim is easy

Message us your order number and what is wrong. A photo or short video helps us sort it faster.

Get in touch and we'll tell you where to send it. Pack it safely and post it back to us.

Once your phone is back with us and checked, we put it right.

What does the warranty cover?

Faults that are not from damage. Like a battery that wears out too fast, or a part that stops working. Get in touch and we'll put it right.

How do I make a claim?

Go to our contact page. Send us your order number and tell us what is wrong. We will tell you how to send it back and take it from there.

Can I return it if I change my mind?

We do not do change-of-mind returns. But if a phone is not as described, or it develops a fault, we make it right. See our returns and guarantee page.

Do I need the box or receipt?

No box needed. Refurbished phones do not come in the original box. Your order email is all the proof we need.

How long do repairs take?

Most repairs are done within a few working days of us getting your phone. Add tracked shipping each way on top of that.
