When you order, we collect your name, email, delivery address and phone number. We need these to send your order and keep in touch about it.
If you make an account, we keep your details so checkout is faster next time.
If you message us, we keep the message so we can help you.
If you ask for a stock alert or our emails, we keep your email address for that.
Card payments
Payments are handled by Stripe, a payment company used by stores around the world. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see your full card number and we never store it.
What we use your info for
To pack and send your orders, and email you about them.
To answer your questions and sort out warranty claims and returns.
To send stock alerts or news emails, but only if you asked for them.
To keep fair records of what we have sold, for things like warranty cover.
What we never do
We never sell your information.
We only share it with the services that help us run the store. That means our payment company, our courier, and our email service. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job.
Emails and how to stop them
Order emails are part of buying from us. Marketing and stock alert emails are optional.
Every optional email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and they stop. You can also change your email choices in your account.
Cookies
We use a few small cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart. We do not use advertising trackers.
Keeping your info safe
Your information is stored securely and only our team can get to it. We keep order records while we need them to look after your warranty and our accounts. We do not keep what we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you. You can ask us to fix it or delete it. Just email us and we will sort it.
