A refurbished phone is only as good as the work behind it. So we do the work. Every phone, laptop, tablet and watch we sell gets the same care. We test it, fix what needs fixing, and wipe it clean. Two people check it before it reaches you.
From our bench to your door
Seven steps. Every phone. No exceptions. Here is what each one goes through before we list it.

Where it comes from
We record each phone's ID number. We check it is not lost or stolen. We make sure it is not locked to someone else. If we can't check it, we don't buy it.

We test it
We run every phone through our tests by hand and by machine. This is the start of the 80 point check. We find every fault, not just the easy ones.
- 3
We fix it with good parts
We swap out anything that is not up to scratch. Worn batteries, cracked glass, faulty cameras. We use good parts and the right tools. No shortcuts.

We wipe it clean
We erase the last owner's data for good. We reset the phone to factory settings. Nothing from the old owner is left.
- 5
We clean it up
We clean every port, speaker and seam. Then we give the whole phone a wipe down before it goes to be graded.

We grade it honestly
We grade it Pristine, Very Good or Good on how it looks. We use set rules. We never talk it up.

We sign it off
We run the full 80 point check one last time. A second person checks it too. Only then do we box it with a charge cable and post it, free and tracked.
