Terms of sale.
These are the terms for buying from us and using this site. We have written them in plain words on purpose. If anything is unclear, just ask us.
Who we are
This store is run by Obsessed ASF Ltd, based in Auckland, New Zealand. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who we mean. When you buy from this site, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell refurbished phones and other tech. Refurbished means used gear that we have tested, fixed up and approved by hand.
Every item has a grade that tells you how it looks. The grade is about looks only. Every grade passes the same checks and gets the same warranty.
Photos on product pages show the model, not the exact unit you will get. The grade you choose tells you how your one will look.
Prices and payment
All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe when you place your order.
Now and then a price or listing may have a genuine mistake. If that happens with your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when you get the order email from us.
If we cannot supply something you ordered, we will tell you quickly and refund you in full.
Stock is limited. Most items are one of a kind, so an item is yours once your payment goes through.
Shipping
Orders over $250 ship free and tracked to NZ addresses. We do not ship overseas yet.

Returns and warranty
We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
If a phone is not as described, get in touch and we put it right.
Every phone is also covered by a 12 month warranty for faults. The details are on their own pages.
Your account
An account is optional. If you make one, keep your password safe and your details up to date.
We may close accounts that are used to abuse the store, place fake orders, or attack the site.
Using this site fairly
Please use the site as a normal shopper would. Do not try to break it, copy it, scrape it, or get around its security.
The words, photos and design on this site belong to us or our partners. Please do not reuse them without asking.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind what we sell. Our warranty and returns pages say exactly what we will do to put things right.
We are responsible for what we sell you and what we promise on this site. We are not responsible for losses that have nothing to do with us, like costs from apps, accounts or data on the phone.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after the change.
