From our workshop to your door
Three steps, and you can see every one of them in your tracking.
You order
We get to work at the workshop in Auckland. Every phone gets a final check before it goes out.
We pack and send it
Your order goes in safe, sturdy packaging and ships with a tracked courier.
You track it
We email you the tracking number as soon as it is on the way. You can follow it door to door.
What arrives in the box
Your phone arrives reset and ready to set up, with a new charge cable that fits. There's no old box and no power plug. That's normal for fixed-up phones. It keeps old gear out of the bin.

Shipping is $10 flat, anywhere in NZ. Orders over $250 ship free.
How long does delivery take? +
Courier times vary around NZ, and rural addresses can take a little longer. Your tracking email shows exactly where your order is.
Do you ship outside New Zealand? +
Not yet. We ship to NZ addresses only.
How do I track my order? +
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Or look it up any time on our track an order page with your order number and email.
What is in the package? +
Your phone, reset and ready to set up, plus a new charge cable that fits. There is no original retail box. That is normal for refurbished phones.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
