How do I send a return back? ＋
Get in touch first. We will tell you the best way to send it back. Then we sort it out from there.
Do I need the box or receipt? ＋
No box needed. Refurbished phones do not come in the original box. Your order email is all the proof we need.
When will I get my refund? ＋
Once your phone arrives back and we have checked it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it in your account.
