Data Security:

We prioritize the security of your data. While we take every precaution to safeguard your information, we recommend backing up your data before bringing in your device for repair, as we cannot guarantee against data loss.

Warranty Periods:

• Repairs: Covered for 4 months.
• Batteries: Covered for 6 months.
• Accessories: Covered for 4 months.
• Cases: No warranty provided, except for defects covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Quoted Timeframes:

While we strive to meet repair timeframes, unforeseen issues may arise during the repair process, necessitating additional time. This may include ordering parts from overseas. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Warranty Limitations:

Our warranty covers only the specific repair performed. Any issues unrelated to the repair are not covered. To ensure warranty validity, all warranty claims must be assessed by our team. Diagnostic work conducted elsewhere will void the warranty.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued if the original issue persists after repair, and if our parts can be removed safely. Please note that we cannot reinstall original parts due to safety and e-Waste protocols.

Screen Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover impact damage resulting in broken glass or vertical lines on OLED models.

Minimum Charges:

For repairs requiring labor exceeding 15 minutes, a minimum charge of $45 (incl. GST) applies.

Loan Devices:

Loan devices are provided complimentary. However, customers are liable for loss or damage, up to the following maximums:

• $150 for iPhone or Android devices.
• Devices returned as iCloud or Google locked will be billed at full cost.

Quotes:

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

Repair Liability:

Upon acceptance of your device, we assume liability up to the value of an identical item based on its condition and age. We do not take liability for devices presented to us in a non-functional state.

Part Quality:

We source replacement parts through reputable channels. Some parts may come from parallel channels, ensuring high quality. Original new parts or OEM parts sourced from manufacturers are utilized whenever possible.

Legal:

Brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Our offers constitute an invitation to treat, and a contract becomes binding upon receipt of full payment.
